I charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. If you encounter an emergency situation (your child is sick, a death in the family, an accident), you will be exempt from any charge. Any no-shows will be charged the full amount based on the scheduled service. Example: if you book for acolor acrylic full set ($60) and no-show, you will be charged full price for the appointment. No shows will be marked and charged after 7/8 minutes into your appointment time WITHOUT PROPER NOTICE. Starting February 1, 2025, if a client has booked more than two future appointments, coming on as a secured client, and then decide to stop getting in their nails done or not attend their future appointments (unless an emergency) you will be responsible for paying a portion of those scheduled appointments because you have committed to those appointments at that time. Otherwise, it just isn’t fair to me after securing those spots for you. * If you let me know youre going to be late before the time of your appointment and I’m able to still take you, there will be a late fee based on the amount of time that you’re late. If you or someone around you are sick or have been sick within 1 week prior to your appointment, RESCHEDULE! Please consider my family’s health as well as mine. If you are showing signs of sickness at the time of your appointment, I do have the right to refuse service and you will be charged for the scheduled service in full. By booking an appointment, all clients are consenting my late/cancellation/no show policy which is explained under “Cancellation Policy”.
